I think it is so funny to look back on the styles that we used to wear when we were younger. I was a little younger than you were during the 80's, and I don't remember actually wearing any of the 80's style clothing but the pictures of me as a child are enough of a reminder for me. Now it is coming back with a vengeance and all of the popular clothing stores look like the wardrobe for a Cyndi Lauper video. No offense to anyone who loved the syle, that is totally your pereference, but the only thing I liked about the 80's were New Kids On The Block..You got the right stuff baby...
ReplyDeleteNow..I really feel old. :) In the 80's I was a teenager experiencing some the fads out there. I've dated girls that wore the same type of clothes Cyndi Lauper wore.
ReplyDeleteOh my goodness! I do remember the parachute pants. I never actually owned a pair, but I wanted to. Thankfully, my mom had to good sense not to buy a pair for me.
